These terms explain how you may use Nameful, a name-idea service for people, brands, and stories. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Nameful provides AI-assisted and curated name suggestions, meanings, pronunciation guidance, and cultural reference information. Results are creative suggestions only. They are not legal, trademark, immigration, financial, medical, or professional advice, and we do not guarantee that a name is available, unique, culturally appropriate, or legally registrable.
2. Your information
You do not need to create an account. Information entered into the naming form is used to provide the current session's results. Please do not enter sensitive personal information that is not needed for naming.
3. Payments and digital access
Some results may require a one-time payment. Prices, currency, taxes, and the available payment methods are shown at checkout. After a successful payment is confirmed, the purchased name results and related explanations may be unlocked for the order.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer payment or access controls, submit unlawful content, or use automated activity that harms the site or other users.
5. Intellectual property
Nameful's interface, branding, and original materials belong to Nameful or its licensors. You may use generated name suggestions for your own personal or commercial consideration, subject to checking availability and third-party rights yourself.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, Nameful is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made solely from generated suggestions.
