We designed Nameful so you can explore names without creating an account. This policy explains what information we use, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information you provide
You may enter a family name, birth date, birth time, nationality, ethnic background, and a note to help personalize suggestions. These details are used to generate the current result and should not include information that is not needed for naming.
2. How we use information
We use submitted details to generate name suggestions, cultural reference notes, and related service responses. If you purchase access, we also use order and payment status information to confirm the transaction and unlock your purchase.
3. AI processing
Naming requests may be sent to our AI service provider to generate results. We limit the request to information needed for the naming task and do not ask you to submit passwords, payment card numbers, or government identifiers.
4. Payments and service providers
Payments are handled through Paddle. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Paddle may process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and tax information under its own privacy terms.
5. Optional analytics
We initialize Google Analytics with analytics and advertising storage denied. Before you make a choice, Google may receive limited consent-status and cookieless measurement signals that do not use analytics cookies. If you allow analytics, analytics storage is enabled so we can understand aggregated page views and feature interactions. Advertising storage remains denied. You can decline without affecting the naming service.
6. Storage and retention
Your form details are intended for the current session and are not saved without your consent. Order records may be retained as needed for payment verification, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
7. Your choices
You can choose not to provide optional information, decline analytics, close the session, or contact us about a privacy question or request. Email support@getnameful.com and include only the minimum information needed to identify your request.
